A Special July 4th Event

 

On a very special Independance Day Ceremony, long time WMMOA member Warren “Dite” Little was inducted into the Liberty Tree Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution today, July 4, 2018, in the name of his known patriot ancestor, Andrew Little, a wagon master from New Jersey for the Continental Army.
The organization’s purpose is to “perpetuate the memory of those who, by their sacrifices during the American Revolution, achieved the Independence of the American People”. The Liberty Tree Chapter of Missoula looks to honor American veterans for their military service for their country and to educate the general public about the sacrifices made by patriots in their struggle to create a free nation. Other WMMOA Members who are also members of the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution inclued; Jim Hutcheson, Denny and Blanch Tate and Susan Torkelson.
