Our Chapter lost another of our cherished members with the passing of Tottie Parmeter last week.  Tottie and her Husband LTC Glenn Parmeter USA Ret  were long time members in the Western Montana MOAA Chapter and Tottie, like her good friend Cindy Babon, a longtime member of the Chapter Board serving as Personal & Survivor Affairs Director for 7+ past presidents.  Tottie rarely missed a meeting or Chapter event with her close friend Bob Eder,  and she will long be remember for her caring presence and beautiful smile.
